Legacy Built Homes is seasoned with over twenty years of local Custom Home building experience, five years of local systems built modular expertise and offers over one-hundred years of combined proficient factory building experience from Contempri Industries and Ritz-Craft Corporation. Your Legacy Built Home will be constructed in either Contempri Industries precision tuned seasoned factory in Pinckneyville Illinois or in the state of the art 175,000 square foot modular home manufacturing plant in Jonesville, MI. Now with over 600 employees, six manufacturing facilities and forty-six years of industry experience, Ritz-Craft is the new millennium's leader in the systems built modular housing industry. Legacy Built Homes brings to the table over 71 years of combined home building experience to assure you, the home-buyer, that your Legacy Built Homes product has been meticulously constructed with seasoned professionals who truly understand that your satisfaction is a vital priority and is the future of our company.

We have over 70 standard floor plans to choose from, and we are sure that we can build within your budget. Whether you want a conservative small ranch or custom two-story with detailed extras, Legacy Built Homes is ready to serve you in your new home endeavors. We offer ranches, two-stories, cape, vacation homes, multi-family and commercial structures. Our building specifications are clearly superior to any other systems built modular home available. Our trained professional consultants will carefully assist you in choosing a home for your lot or we will build your new home on one of our lots.

Process Overview

Your Legacy sales consultant will assist you in building your legacy. They will assist you in design, selection of colors, upgrades, styling of your home and will inspect your building site as well as prepare and acquire all purchase documents. The homes are usually completed and ready for shipment in 6 to 8 weeks. They are shipped in modules to your lot where our Legacy setting crew awaits delivery and supervises the set up. Our builders then complete all the necessary finish work, such as building attached garages, false gables, porches, decks, driveways, sidewalks and installing furnace, air conditioning, water heaters, etc. and are then ready for you to move into your new home about 90 days from the date you sign.
